About Me:

I started The Usual Studio because I wanted to meet clients in fashion, retail and the arts who appreciated design, liked to talk ideas and wanted to work on some really exciting projects together. 9 years on we've worked on a great mix of projects; designing fashion magazines and look books, a CD for Grammy Award winning singer Kate Nash, rebranded a top milliner, created visual identities for ironmongers, schools, street food emporiums and a restaurant among others.

Alongside my role at The Usual Studio I'm also Designer and Copy Editor for luxury menswear magazine Candid, I've spent 2 years as Digital Director of The Industry an exclusive fashion business members club, been a culture gatherer for Australian global culture site Lost at E Minor and one of the organisers behind the Warwick Rocks Food and Film Festival, which attracted over 10,000 people and won us an award for our work. I’m just as excited to get a new brief now, as I was at the beginning and I've got lots of plans for future growth.

I work across ideas, strategy, content and design in my role as founder and creative director. Managing projects and freelancers, looking for new business opportunities, meeting people, reading and writing about design, innovation and entrepreneurship. I love sushi, tea's my cuppa of choice and BBC6 music's always on. Unlike a former housemate - I do find comedy funny.
