EU Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform

On the 9th January 2016 a new law comes into place stating that consumers will be able to use an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform to submit any complaints about products or services bought online.

Any business who trades online will need to add a link from their website to the ODR, and state their email address. Links also should be added to contracts or any terms and conditions.

You can read more about the ODR on the EU's website here... as of yet the platform doesn't seem to be live but we have asked the EU when it will be available / what the URL will be so that people can get links in place. We'll update you when we know more!
