This is an opportunity to join us as Junior Project Manager for 6 months to get involved in researching, designing, developing and piloting new service concepts.
WHAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESIGN JOB INVOLVES:
You will be :
Supporting the delivery of our Service Design Programme
Working with stakeholders to understand the requirements and scope of the projects, Leading and successfully delivering specifically allocated projects

It’s really important to us that you have:
Experience of working on projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at any one time
Knowledge of the student accommodation market
